Little Tigers
Our Little Tigers are age 5-10 years. These classes are designed to fit the needs of the younger child with a big focus on fun!
Young children learn through play and your child will learn to interact socially with other children and become part of a team. The Little Tigers have a syllabus designed for their age which has been specially designed around the core learning areas of balance, control, fitness, discipline, coordination, memory, focus and teamwork.

Juniors
Our Junior age group is 11-15 years. These classes are designed around the maturing child.
The junior age group train at the same time as the adults. This encourages them to interact with older children and adults. Their syllabus is structured along a similar pattern to the adults.

Adults
Our Adult category begins from the age of 16 years.
Classes are not designed to be "boot camp" but you will improve your fitness, stamina and flexibility. We have students of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels so you don't need to be fit to begin training; everyone is assessed on their own ability. Our classes are relaxed, fun and sociable, you don't need to bring a partner as we encourage students mingle and train with different people.

Mixed Age Classes
These classes are for all ages; family sport nights are becoming increasingly popular and our mixed groups are becoming quite busy.
Although all students are in the same place at the same time; the Little Tigers continue to have their own structure. There is an instructor for the Little Tiger group and another instructor for the older group.
Individual students of all ages are welcome at the mixed age classes (these classes are not just for families), although please be aware that the younger group does make a fair amount of noise during their class and these nights do get quite busy.
