TRIAL CLASSES

Trial Classes (all ages) £5.00 per class

Trial classes are 1 hour sessions
A maximum of 4 trial classes are available
 Membership is required after 4 trial classes
Non members are not permitted to take part in any sparring sessions or sparring classes
Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by their parent or guardian for the duration of ALL trial classes

FREE SPARRING

Sparring is included in your full paying class session (conditions apply)

Juniors & Adults free 30 minute sparring

Little Tigers free 15 minutes sparring

GRADING

9th KYU (WHITE) Included in membership price (includes belt)

8th - 1st KYU £20 (includes belt & certificate)

BLACK BELTS £100 (includes embroidered belt & certificate)

Gradings are held approximately every 3 months
Venue for KYU gradings are Nottingham Wildcats, Bakersfield, Red Lion, Bulwell & Becket, West Bridgford
Venue for Black Belt grading is at CMAA in Manchester
