White Tiger Kickboxing Academy – Media & Social Media Terms
White Tiger Kickboxing Academy Ltd regularly shares content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, our private members’ Facebook group, printed materials (leaflets, banners, posters), and the White Tiger website.
By attending classes at White Tiger Kickboxing Academy, you acknowledge and accept the following media usage terms:
Media Usage & Consent
• Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for use in advertising and promotional materials.
• This may include posting on public platforms or within the private members’ Facebook group.
• If you are a parent/guardian, this applies to media featuring your child.
Private Facebook Group
• You are welcome to save and share any photo or video from the private group, provided it only features yourself or your child.
• Please do not share any content that includes other students, as some members may have opted out of public sharing.
Public Sharing
• If content has been shared publicly by White Tiger, it means the individuals featured have granted permission.
Opting Out of Media Use
• If you choose not to appear in photos or videos (including in the private group), please inform us in advance.
• In this case, any grading photos or certificates will be sent to you privately via WhatsApp, and then deleted.
• Please ensure you have WhatsApp installed so we can deliver this content to you securely.
Important Notes
• If you leave the club, any existing media will remain on our social platforms.
• Media used in printed materials (e.g. flyers, banners) may continue to circulate and cannot be recalled.
• White Tiger Kickboxing cannot remove content that has been downloaded or shared by other users.
Health Declaration
By participating in any class or activity at White Tiger Kickboxing Academy, you acknowledge and accept the following:
• Any relevant health information provided will be shared with our instructors to ensure basic first aid needs can be supported during training sessions.
• Our instructors are trained in basic first aid but are not medical professionals and do not have advanced medical training.
• It is the sole responsibility of the student (or parent/guardian) to bring any necessary medical items to class, such as inhalers, EpiPens, dietary supplements, or prescription medications.
• All participants must ensure they (or their child) are fit to take part in physical activity. If there is any doubt, we recommend seeking guidance from a healthcare professional before joining.
Examples of relevant health conditions that should be disclosed include, but are not limited to: asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, ADHD, dyspraxia, or any condition that may impact participation or require additional support during class.
